An email will be sent after pre-registration for the submission of the below:
- CVs
- Letters of intent on the aims and expectations of joining the workshop
- One research question, rationale, and a brief description on the proposed study design (maximum 100 words)
Successful applicants will be notified by email and must complete the payment to confirm the registration
Registration fee (now reduced)
- High Income countries: USD 2000 --> USD 1700
- Middle Income countries: USD 1300 --> USD 900
- Low Income countries: USD 600 --> USD 600
Registration includes pre-workshop mentoring, webinars, 3.5 day workshop, all refreshment and lunches, one gala dinner, and opportunity to develop their own research synopsis
Registration deadline: 30th June 2025

Target groups
- Any oncologists interested in gynecologic oncology
- Gynecologic oncology fellows and early-career gynecologic oncologists after completion of oncology training are preferred
Maximum 5 participants per country (applicants from any country that already have 5 being accepted will be placed on the waiting list)
Number: 6-8 groups (maximum 70 participants)
** AOFOG Young Gynaecologist Awardees (YGA) can receive 30% discount upon submitting their YGA certificate during registration

Cancellation of a registration must be communicated via email to agoreworkshop2025@gmail.com
Verbal changes of cancellation are not accepted.
Refunds will nto be given for no-shows
Refund of registration fees are as follows
- 80% refund before 31 July 2025
- 20% refund before 30 September 2025
- No refund from 1 October 2025 onwards
