Prof. Jung Yun Lee

Jung-Yun Lee, MD, PhD, is a gynecologic oncologist specializing in gynecologic oncology and clinical trials at Yonsei Cancer Center and Severance Hospital.

Dr. Lee has been engaged in gynecologic oncology research for over 15 years and has conducted or
participated in approximately 50 phase I–IV clinical trials in gynecologic malignancies.

He is actively involved in multiple medical societies, including the Korean Gynecologic Oncology Group (KGOG), the Asian Pacific Gynecologic Oncology Trials Group (APGOT), and the Gynecologic Cancer
InterGroup (GCIG). In 2024, he serves as the Chair of GCIG’s Ovarian Cancer Committee.

Dr. Lee has co-authored over 100 international oncology publications and received the Grand Prize for Academic Achievement at the 26th Annual Symposium of the Korean Society of Gynecologic Oncology in
2020.

His primary goals are to advance clinical research and foster international trial collaborations. With extensive experience in clinical trial protocol development, execution, and regulatory affairs, he currently serves as the
Coordinating Investigator for DOVE (APGOT-OV7).
